Independent Filmmaker: Producer & Director
Born in Tokyo, Japan. He went to U.S. to study filmmaking, earning Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College – Hollywood in Cinema. During that time, he directed & produced several short films as well as a feature-length film.
He came back to Japan in 1996 and while actively working as independent filmmaker, he worked at a production company, a multimedia agency’s production division and a creative agency, as a producer producing numerous adverts for Japan, EU and US, including TV commercials, print ads, web movies, music videos etc..
Toyota Motor Corporation TV spot called “Humanity” Directed by Ne-o, which he worked as the agency producer, production producer as well as an actor, won awards worldwide such as Clio, Cannes Lions, AdFest, BTAA etc.
He is currently, and happily, working as freelance, producing & directing several adverts while developing feature film projects.

It is a short film about two drunken men.
An endless nightmare begins when a man wakes up in a place where he has no recollection of visiting whatsoever.
Shot in three hours after the online video for Pachinko client in Ueno, Tokyo with the same crew and cast.
The script had only one segment and latter parts were improvised on the spot.
